Impressive images of Vinamilk's first "Resort" for dairy cows in Vietnam

At the inauguration event, Vinamilk Tay Ninh Farm was honored to receive the award "THE BIGGEST SINGLE DAIRY FARM IN VIETNAM" presented by DeLaval Group (Sweden).

Located in Long Khanh commune, Ben Cau district, Tay Ninh province with a total area of ​​685 hectares, a scale of raising 8,000 cows and calves, and a total investment of over 1,200 billion VND (equivalent to 50 million USD), Vinamilk Tay Ninh Dairy Farm is a key project of the locality and this is also the largest independent dairy farm in Vietnam to date.

More than 8,000 dairy cows here enjoy a comfortable living environment like in a resort located in the middle of fresh, airy nature. Tay Ninh is a province with a hot and dry climate, the sunny season lasts for many months of the year. To overcome this reality and ensure dairy farming standards according to Global GAP, Vinamilk has designed a system of lakes to regulate water and air combined with a modern automatic cooling system in the barn area.

Seen from above, the Farm is covered in a vast green color of more than 500 hectares of grassland and corn fields with fresh, cool air regulated by more than 9 surrounding lakes with a total area of ​​over 180,000 m2.².

As part of Vinamilk's largest Global GAP farm system in Asia, Vinamilk Tay Ninh Dairy Farm also meets Global GAP standards for farm management and pure fresh milk quality. Currently, the farm's raw fresh milk output has reached more than 100,000 liters of milk/day, equivalent to nearly 40,000,000 liters of milk/year.

In addition, this is also an ideal workplace for employees at the Farm with a professional dairy farming technology model, along with the special architecture of the office area designed to float on the 37,000 m2 lake.², including rest houses, beverage counters, entertainment and sports areas... for employees, foreign experts and guests visiting and working at the Farm.

Putting Vinamilk Tay Ninh Dairy Farm into operation not only helps Vinamilk achieve its growth goals but also contributes to the rapid development of agriculture, livestock and the local economy in the coming time.

Vinamilk Tay Ninh Dairy Farm is a farm that Vinamilk has implemented according to the 4.0 digital revolution comprehensively from input to output process according to American, Japanese, European technology in its entire breeding and management model, to ensure that the cows have good health, high milk yield, and the best milk quality:

Currently, Vinamilk has built a system of 12 farms nationwide, of which 10 farms are built according to Global GAP standards. On this occasion, Bureau Veritas Certification awarded the certificate.“The largest Global GAP-certified dairy farm system in Asia”for Vinamilk's dairy farm system, including Vinamilk Tay Ninh Dairy Farm.

The operation of Vinamilk Tay Ninh farm has helped increase the total number of cows supplying milk to the Company to approximately 130,000, with an output of nearly 1 million liters of raw fresh milk per day. It is expected that by 2020, the total number of cows supplying milk to Vinamilk will be increased to approximately 200,000, with the output of raw fresh milk expected to nearly double, ensuring the supply of fresh milk products to millions of Vietnamese families.
