The Korean strategist revealed that he was once fined for forgetting to leave his phone on vibrate mode while traveling on the bus with the Vietnam U23 team.
“First, you need to understand Vietnamese culture. For example, Vietnam has a habit of taking a nap. Even when you practice, you have to respect that.
But there are things that cannot be compromised. That is why I set a rule of not using phones. The players are not allowed to use it during mealtimes. I also told them not to make phone calls when riding the bus with everyone else. Sometimes I forget this, when I do not put my phone on vibrate mode, I get punished," Coach Park smiled shyly when talking about this memory in the Korean newspaper.

Most recently, the Vietnam national team will participate in the final match of the 2018 Asian Cup qualifiers against Jordan.
