According to the Ministry of Public Security, Article 65 of the 2019 Law on Education stipulates: Additional teaching facilities are other centers that perform regular education tasks and are identified as other educational facilities established under the Law on Education.
Additional teaching facilities are included in the list of facilities subject to fire prevention and fighting management as prescribed in Section 3, Appendix I, Decree No. 50/2024/ND-CP.
Additional teaching facilities must ensure fire prevention and fighting requirements as prescribed in QCVN 06:2022/BXD, TCVN 3890:2023, implement and maintain fire prevention and fighting safety conditions as prescribed in Article 5, Decree 136/2020/ND-CP and Clause 2, Article 1 of Decree 50/2024/ND-CP.
