QK 4: Allocate more than 155 million VND to support ethnic minorities

(Baonghean.vn) - In order to create favorable conditions for ethnic minorities to celebrate the 2014 Lunar New Year, the Military Region 4 Command has decided to allocate more than 155 million VND from the "For the Poor" Fund to support 597 ethnic minority households with especially difficult circumstances in the project areas of the Economic-Defense Groups in the Military Region (Nghe An 161 gifts, Thanh Hoa 161 gifts, Quang Tri 145 gifts and Thua Thien Hue 130 gifts). Each gift is worth 260,000 VND (including 10 kg of rice, 0.5 kg of MSG and 1 liter of cooking oil).
