The Water Supply and Sanitation Revolving Fund (Women's Union) was piloted in Anh Son, Dien Chau, Yen Thanh and Quynh Luu districts. After 10 years of operation, from an initial capital of more than 12.2 billion VND, the fund has now developed in 142 communes of 14 districts and towns in the province with a revolving capital of more than 54.4 billion VND. Thanks to that capital, 18,725 households have invested in building 24,428 works, including 15,635 water supply works and 8,793 toilet works.
