Miss H'Hen Nie does not skip meals when losing weight but divides them into many meals a day, eating a little each time.

Being a person who gains and loses weight easily, the beauty queen said that if she does not eat regularly or stops exercising, she will gain weight immediately. H'Hen Nie loves exercises that stimulate muscle development in the chest, buttocks and legs with machines. To control her weight and measurements, the beauty queen applies a strict but scientific diet and exercise routine. She does not abstain from starch to avoid fatigue. Instead, the beauty chooses low-calorie foods such as sweet potatoes, eggs, vegetables..., boiled and steamed foods and minimal seasoning. She said: "During the weight loss process, Hen does not let her stomach be hungry, which makes her feel more hungry and will eat more. In addition, I am a person with a foodie soul, so I cannot stand the feeling of fasting for a long time."
When going to work, the beauty queen often prepares food to bring with her to better control her nutrition. Completely giving up carbonated drinks, she likes to blend her own milk from beans, cereals, smoothies and juices. The beauty queen does not set specific goals regarding measurements, weight or who she looks up to as her ideal model.
