Hoa Minzy: Don't compare me with My Tam, she is a legend.
Singer Hoa Minzy was upset when some TikTok channels compared her to her senior My Tam in a negative way.
On the evening of August 31, singer Hoa Minzy attracted attention when she "named and shamed" a number of TikTok channels that specialized in posting content comparing artists in a negative way.
She ignored the previous comparisons but decided to speak up this time when she was paired with singer My Tam.
"Must be My Tam? She is the icon and idol of most of my generation of artists. It's not that I'm not confident or insecure because everyone has their own unique points and audience share. But if you keep comparing My Tam, then the anti-fans will unintentionally have a reason to curse me. Just one sentence: Can't be compared, My Tam will always be a legend," Hoa Minzy confided.
Hoa Minzy asked these channels to stop comparing artists and asked netizens to join hands in reporting so that TikTok can handle "garbage" content.

She added: "Don't find more anti-fans for me. I'm not number 1 and I'm not any number one. I'm enough in the hearts of my audience."
The post attracted a lot of interaction, in less than 1 hour it had 19,000 likes and more than 400 comments.
In the comments section, Hoa Minzy added that she has never interfered with praise, criticism, or comments from social networks. This time, she reacted because she noticed that TikTok channels intentionally posted content to attract views and make artists hated. Another important reason was that these clips touched on My Tam - the person she loves.
Hoa Minzy's reaction on her personal page not only released her emotions but also called on netizens to join hands in dealing with "dirty" content that attracts views.
Responding to a comment calling him "Top 1 in kindness", the 9X singer humorously said: "I like to receive that Top 1."
