They consisted of three people, one of whom escaped. The leader was Phan Thai Nguyen (20 years old, Hamlet 18 - Hung Thang Commune).

Nguyen confessed to participating in many successful dog thefts, attracting dozens of people from many communes such as Hung Thang, Hung Thong, etc. to join the operation. Their methods were very sophisticated, by wearing wigs and women's clothes to fool people's vigilance. The police force is continuing to expand the investigation of the case.
