Complete the planning adjustment to reopen Ho Tong Thoc Street before November 15, 2018
(Baonghean.vn) - To ensure the reopening of Ho Tong Thoc Street in the first quarter of 2019, in Notice No. 613/TB-UBND dated September 20, 2018, the Provincial People's Committee directed relevant agencies to complete the planning adjustment work before November 15, 2018.
Specifically, in Notice No. 613/TB-UBND (Notice of conclusion of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Duong at the working session to resolve petitions of a number of households and individuals in Nghi Phu commune, Vinh city related to the closure and diversion of Ho Tong Thoc street)stated: The Provincial People's Committee agrees with the proposal of Vinh City People's Committee in option 3, opening a road section through the land between the two hospital areas (in the direction of the old Ho Tong Thoc street with appropriate adjustments) to connect Ho Tong Thoc street with Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Avenue.

To build and put the road into use soon, the Provincial People's Committee assigned Nghe An General Hospital to preside over and coordinate with Nghe An General Hospital Joint Stock Company to urgently review and adjust the hospital area planning, submit to the relevant levels and the Department of Construction for appraisal, and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval in accordance with current regulations. Complete the appraisal and approval of the planning adjustment before November 15, 2018.
After the hospital planning adjustment dossier was approved, Nghe An General Hospital Joint Stock Company organized a design survey and completed procedures to implement the construction of the road section in the hospital area using the capital of Nghe An General Hospital Joint Stock Company. Complete the road section in the first quarter of 2019 for people to travel and serve the general activities of the hospital.

Also in Notice No. 613, the Provincial People's Committee informed about the working session on September 18, 2018 organized by the Provincial People's Committee.Resolve the petition of a number of households and individuals in Nghi Phu commune, Vinh city regarding the closure and diversion of Ho Tong Thoc street with the full participation of relevant parties, including representatives of residential hamlets in Nghi Phu commune who submitted petitions.
In Notice No. 613, clarifying the planning of Ho Tong Thoc Street, associated with the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/2,000 of Nghi Phu Commune, Vinh City approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 5008/QD-UBND dated December 19, 2003; the detailed construction planning of Nghe An Provincial General Hospital approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 2557/QD-UBND dated July 12, 2004 on the basis of implementing the Government's policy and the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/2,000 of Nghi Phu Commune in 2003.

At the same time, information about the Nghe An General Hospital Project Phase 2 invested by Nghe An General Hospital Joint Stock Company; in which, the capital contribution ratio of Nghe An General Hospital (representing the state capital) is 40% with a total value of 104 billion VND, equal to the value of capacity, quality, reputation, brand advantage and compensation value for site clearance of the land for construction of the hospital phase 2.
