The project is builton an area of ​​3.2 hectaresin Hung Thong commune (Hung Nguyen).

Currently, the project has basically completed the route from the memorial area connecting to provincial road 8B and has restored and embellished the relics, churches, etc. In particular, in the central area, a new memorial house with an area of ​​190m2 has been basically completed with a frame structure made of ironwood; the foundation, steps, foundation, walls, tiled roof, etc. are built with good materials brought from localities across the country with designs of patterns and artifacts according to traditional models, etc.

The three levels, the foundation and the facade of the new memorial house were crafted.

The floor is paved with Bat Trang tiles and the structure of the upper beam, rafters, rafters, and eaves are also made of ironwood.

It is known that the Project includes 19 items of renovation and new construction, including: restoration, embellishment of relic houses, churches, memorial houses, traditional exhibition houses, Le Hong Phong monument, construction of traffic infrastructure, parking lots... 100% of households subject to relocation for site clearance have received compensation and moved to new residences. 30,000 m2 of land to the east of the project has been leveled and handed over to contractors for renovation, embellishment, and construction of new memorial areas...
