(Baonghean) - To complete the appraisal and approval of the 2015 district-level land use plan before December 31, 2014, Nghe An Department of Natural Resources and Environment has just issued Official Dispatch No. 4785/STNMT-QLDD, dated November 19, 2014 requesting the People's Committees of districts, cities, towns, the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone, and provincial departments and branches:

For the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board, provincial departments and branches shall proactively coordinate with the district-level People's Committees where there are works and projects requiring land use in 2015 to provide additional information and related documents (Decision approving investment projects, investment approval, notification of capital sources, drawings of project boundaries, etc.), and at the same time determine the location, boundaries, and area of ​​works and projects on the cadastral map or the current land use map at the commune level.

The People's Committees of districts, cities and towns direct relevant departments and offices to coordinate with the People's Committees at the commune level and consulting units to urgently complete the 2015 land use plan dossier at the district level (according to Section 1, Official Dispatch No. 3764/STNMT-QLDD dated September 19, 2014 of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment), submit it to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment for appraisal and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for approval.
