Shocked to discover man's body in ditch

(Baonghean.vn)- Residents of hamlet 1, Quynh Hong commune, Quynh Luu district, were shocked to discover the body of a man lying face down in a ditch after returning from work in the fields.

Accordingly, at around 5:00 p.m. on October 18, after people discovered a dead person and informed the local authorities, Quynh Hong commune police arrived at the scene. The victim was later identified as Nguyen Van Thanh, 47 years old, residing in Hamlet 1, Quynh Hong commune, Quynh Luu district.

At 6:00 p.m. the same day, Thanh's family brought the victim's body home for burial according to local customs.

The cause of the incident is currently being investigated by the authorities.
