(Baonghean.vn) -Continuing the program of monitoring the organization and operation of notary organizations in the province, on the morning of September 29, the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council conducted a monitoring session at Danh Ky Notary Office, Do Luong district.
Through supervision, the delegation noted that the facilities, equipment and staff met the requirements for performing tasks according to the law. During the process of performing notarization activities, the office ensured compliance with the law, while creating convenience and ensuring the rights of organizations and individuals, and meeting customer satisfaction with its services. The quality of law enforcement in notarization activities was carried out quite strictly.

However, there are some cases with disputes and complaints. Practical notarization activities are still posing some difficulties and problems when confirming documents related to contracts and transactions where the land use right certificates issued are not close to the subjects such as the subject who died before being granted the land use right certificates; subjects who did not contribute to the creation of the property are still considered co-users of the land (household cover). Regulations on notarization fee collection are not specific for subjects using the mortgage council appendix to replace the signed mortgage contract, creating new security obligations but there is no basis for collecting fees. Coordination with a number of relevant agencies in resolving a number of cases has not created unity, leading to organizations and people easily misunderstanding the difficulty in notarization activities...
