In the afternoon, delegates listened to the contents of the Decision on promulgating the coefficient for adjusting the 2015 Land Price List in Nghe An province; the Decision on authorizing the People's Committees at the district level to determine prices for land auctions; the Decision on promulgating regulations to re-determine residential land areas associated with the implementation of registration of changes, issuance and re-issuance of certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land for households and individuals using residential land plots with gardens and ponds in the province. The Provincial People's Committee basically agreed to approve, creating an environment for administrative reform and attracting more investment resources for the local socio-economic development.
