(Baonghean.vn) - This morning, in Vinh City, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee held a conference to study and disseminate the Resolution and Conclusion of the 5th Conference of the Central Party Committee (11th tenure). Attending the conference were 350 comrades who are members of the Provincial Party Committee; Standing Committee of the People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of provincial departments, branches, sectors, and mass organizations; secretaries, deputy secretaries, chairmen of the People's Council, People's Committee, and heads of propaganda departments of districts and cities.

At the conference, comrade Bui Dinh Sam - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department directly reported on the contents of the Resolution and Conclusion of the 5th Conference of the 5th Central Executive Committee (11th tenure). Including 4 Conclusions and 1 Resolution, which are the Conclusion on summarizing the implementation of the 1992 Constitution and the basic contents on amending the 1992 Constitution; Conclusion on summarizing the Resolution of the 7th Conference - Central Executive Committee of the Party (9th tenure) on continuing to innovate policies and laws on land in the period of promoting industrialization and modernization of the country; Conclusion on continuing to implement the Resolution of the 3rd Conference of the Central Executive Committee of the Party (10th tenure) on strengthening the Party's leadership in the work of preventing and combating corruption and waste; Conclusion on some issues on wages, social insurance, preferential allowances for meritorious people and reform orientations until 2020 and Resolution on some issues on social policies for the period 2012 - 2020. In particular, the report clarifies the situation and outstanding achievements; limitations and shortcomings; causes and orientations, solutions in implementing the 1992 Constitution; land management and use; anti-corruption and waste prevention; wages, social insurance, preferential allowances for meritorious people and some social policies.
