Study and thoroughly grasp the Resolution of the 8th Conference - Central Party Committee

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 6, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee organized a study and dissemination of the Resolution of the 8th Conference - Central Executive Committee of the Party (11th tenure) for key officials of the province.

Attending the conference were comrades: Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and provincial departments, branches and sectors; Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries of district, city and town Party Committees and Chairmen of People's Committees, Heads of Propaganda Departments, Chiefs of Offices of district, city and town Party Committees.

Comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Provincial Party Secretary delivered the opening speech at the conference.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the conference, comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, highlighted the importance of the Resolution of the 8th Conference - 11th Party Central Committee for the entire Party, people and army, affirming that these are contents that have a direct impact on the leadership and direction of the implementation of socio-economic development tasks of the province.

He suggested that the delegates attending the conference promote a sense of responsibility, focus on studying and grasping the contents and guiding ideas of the Central Committee, the action program and implementation plan of the province to thoroughly grasp, direct and implement in their localities and units; create a vibrant emulation movement in the entire Party, people and army of the province, determined to strive to successfully implement the goals and tasks in 2014 and the coming years, in the spirit of the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 11th Party Congress, especially Resolution 26 of the Politburo on the direction and tasks for the development of Nghe An province until 2020.

In the morning, Comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee reported on Conclusion No. 74 dated October 17, 2013 of the Central Executive Committee on: "Socio-economic situation in 2013 and tasks in 2014" and "Assessment of the implementation of the Resolution of the 11th National Congress on socio-economics, focusing on three strategic breakthroughs associated with economic restructuring and growth model innovation"; the draft plan of the province on Conclusion No. 74 dated October 17, 2013 of the Central Executive Committee. Next, Comrade Bui Dinh Sam - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department reported on the basic contents and new points of the Constitution passed by the National Assembly on November 28, 2013.
