(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 20, Vinh University of Technical Education held a ceremony to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day, November 20. Attending the ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Thanh Hoa - Permanent Deputy Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Nguyen Hong Minh - Deputy Director General of the General Department of Vocational Training;Ho Duc Phoc - Provincial Party Secretary, togetherrepresentatives of departments, branches, staff, teachers and students of the school.

Established in 1960 (formerly Vinh Technical Workers' School), Vinh Technical Pedagogical University is currently the workplace and study place of more than 300 teachers and 10,000 students. The school trains in university, college, engineering and technical professions; it is a high-level technical training facility for the Central region in particular and the whole country in general. In particular, Vinh Technical Pedagogical University also has Laotian students studying abroad, contributing to the cultural bridge of friendship between Vietnam and Laos. In her speech at the ceremony, Comrade Hoang Thi Minh Phuong - PhD, Principal of the school emphasized that solidarity is one of the precious traditional values ​​that generations of teachers and students of the school have preserved and promoted.
