Comrade Tran Duy Ngoan - Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association presented a speech at the Spring Press Festival, evaluating the important achievements of the press in a year of operation, contributing to creating momentum to promote economic growth, political and social stability, and attracting development resources in the beloved homeland of Uncle Ho.
