On behalf of the delegation, Major General Nguyen Phong Phu presented 300 million VND to support officers and soldiers of Naval Region 3 Command and 200 million VND to support officers and soldiers of Coast Guard Region 2. This amount was taken from the launching ceremony of the Nghe An Province Veterans Association.

Representatives of the leaders of Naval Region 3 and Coast Guard Region 2 deeply thanked the Veterans Association of Nghe An province for having many programs such as: for beloved Truong Sa, towards the sea and islands, fishermen. In particular, the Veterans Association of Nghe An province promptly encouraged officers and soldiers on naval and coast guard ships, who are on duty at sea, helping the soldiers' rear to overcome difficulties and complete their tasks.
