Dien Chau Red Cross Association: free medical examination and medicine for policy beneficiaries

(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of the 68th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day and the 36th anniversary of the establishment of the Nghe An Red Cross Association, on July 12, the Dien Chau District Red Cross Association coordinated with the Young Doctors Club to organize free medical examinations, ultrasounds, electrocardiograms, blood pressure measurements and medicine for people in difficult circumstances.

With an amount of over 20 million VND for 400 beneficiaries including wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, lonely elderly people and people in difficult circumstances of 4 communes including: Dien Tho, Dien Phu, Dien Trung and Dien Thang.

Doctors in the Young Doctors Club are providing and dispensing medicine to policy beneficiaries.

This is an annual activity organized by the Dien Chau District Red Cross Association and the district's Young Doctors Club every year, to help and encourage people in difficult circumstances to improve their lives./.
