On the morning of August 25, the Provincial Red Cross Association cut the ribbon to inaugurate and hand over a community flood shelter house to the people of Hamlet 3A, Nam Cuong Commune. The house is worth 520 million VND, of which 170 million VND was contributed by the people of Hamlet 3A.

On this occasion, the Provincial Red Cross Society presented 39 1,500-liter stainless steel water tanks to the poor and disabled people in Nam Cuong (Nam Dan) and Thanh Xuan (Thanh Chuong) communes. The Red Cross Society supported these tanks with VND97,500,000, and the local people contributed over VND42,120,000 million to buy the tanks.
