On the morning of August 25, the Provincial Red Cross Association cut the ribbon to inaugurate and hand over a community house to avoid floods to the people of Hamlet 3A, Nam Cuong Commune. The house is worth 520 million VND, of which 170 million VND was contributed by the people of Hamlet 3A.

On this occasion, the Provincial Red Cross presented 39 1,500-liter stainless steel water tanks to the poor and disabled in Nam Cuong (Nam Dan) and Thanh Xuan (Thanh Chuong) communes. The Red Cross supported these tanks with VND97,500,000, and the local people contributed over VND42,120,000 to buy the tanks.
