Red Flamboyant Flower Festival of Quang Trung Ward 2014
(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of August 7, 2014, at the Vietnamese-German Children's Cultural House (Vinh City), Quang Trung Ward Youth Union organized the 2014 Red Flamboyant Festival with the participation of 320 actors from 13 art troupes from residential areas.

With the theme "Towards the sea and islands of the Fatherland", 42 special performances praising the Party, Uncle Ho, praising soldiers, love for family, homeland, country... were performed by children with both heroic and innocent spirit.

This is a vibrant activity to promote boldness and collective working skills, and at the same time discover the artistic talents of children of the age of T-Y during the summer activities in the block. Although the Red Flamboyant Festival at the city level is held every 2 years, the Quang Trung Ward Youth Union has focused on organizing it annually.
