More than 60 officers and actors from units under the Brigade and its sister units from Vinh city participated in the festival with elaborately staged programs, group singing, solo singing, dance and folk song performances that attracted viewers.

The cultural programs clearly expressed the content praising the glorious Party, the great Uncle Ho, the love for the homeland, the tradition of the nation, the Army, the heroic feats and sacrifices of our army and people in the two resistance wars against France and the US, praising the soldiers who day and night firmly held their guns to protect the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland, and the achievements of the country in the cause of innovation of the entire Party, army and people.

At the end of the festival, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to the mass art team of Battalion 2, the second prize to the mass art team of the Brigade Agency, and in addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 3 prizes for excellent performances to the teams.
