The Ministry of Education and Training has just sent a document to the Departments of Education and Training to supplement the instructions for organizing the 2011 high school graduation exam. According to this instruction, depending on the local situation, each examination council can be arranged with a desktop computer connected to the internet to use during the exam days (June 2-3-4, 2011) to quickly report on the exam situation.

The computer is placed in the examination board's landline telephone room, closely monitored, and the information connection ports are sealed. The computer's internet connection port is only opened and is only used to quickly report the examination situation to the Department of Education and Training's examination department.

During the use of the internet, there must be direct supervision by the police and inspectors on duty at the Council. The Chairman of the Examination Council is responsible for the management and use of this networked computer.

Also according to this instruction, on May 22, 2011, the organization ordered members of the Council to print copies of the exam papers of the participating units in accordance with the law, while ensuring the principle of exam paper confidentiality.
