Well implementing the policy of supporting food for poor households in border areas; preferential credit loans; vocational training and labor export... After 3 years of implementing Resolution 30a, the poverty rate of 3 districts has decreased by 3 - 4%/year.
On behalf of the working delegation, comrade Trieu Thi Nai praised the province's strong leadership in implementing the Government's 30a program for 3 poor districts. She suggested that the province should continue to promote propaganda work, change awareness for people, and strive to escape poverty sustainably. The province needs to study and prioritize support to integrate capital sources effectively. Strengthen the exploitation of resources, especially land resources; replicate effective economic models, associated with preserving and conserving the culture of ethnic minorities. Pay attention to preventing social evils, ensuring national defense and security, promoting socio-economic development of districts. Strengthen training and improve the quality of grassroots cadres to bring the Party and State's policies into the lives of ethnic minorities.
