Nghe An Provincial Community Health Care Education Association was established on January 9, 2013 under Decision…. of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee; is a voluntary social organization, operating in the field of community health care education in the spirit of humanity, contributing with agencies, departments, branches, and social organizations to provide the community with basic knowledge about health care and protection, disease prevention. The association's operational goal is to widely propagate in the community the importance of health care and protection, physical training, environmental protection, and the elimination of social evils.

Since its establishment, the Association has closely coordinated with the health sector, the Association of the Elderly, and the Provincial Women's Union to attract over 260 members and establish 5 community health care clubs in 5 wards and communes of Vinh city.
