Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City are the two localities with the most typical projects. Specifically, Hanoi has the following projects: Linh Dam Urban Area, International Convention Center, National Convention Center, Headquarters of the Oil and Gas Group - 18 Lang Ha, Daewoo Hotel.
Ho Chi Minh City has 4 selected projects, including Saigon-Metropolitan Building, Tan Son Nhat International Airport Terminal, Phu My Hung New Urban Area and District 10 People's Committee Headquarters. Some resorts are also on the list, such as The Nam Hai resort (Hoi An City - Quang Nam), Vinpearl Land tourist area (Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa), Furama resort (Da Nang City).
Two bridges that caught the attention of the Selection Council were Bai Chay Bridge (Ha Long City - Quang Ninh) and My Thuan Bridge (Vinh Long). What is special is that the “Wind and Water” coffee shop in Binh Duong province was also selected.
