At the flower offering ceremony, the youth of the province reported to Uncle Ho the achievements that the Association had made during the past term, promising to always be the vanguard force on the front line of building and defending the Fatherland, as Uncle Ho taught during his lifetime.

After the flower offering ceremony, the Youth Union Executive Committee held a preparatory meeting to elect the Youth Union Executive Committee for the 2014-2019 term and elect delegates to attend the National Youth Union Congress.
