The 12th Conference of the Provincial Party Executive Committee (Term XVIII)
(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, April 24, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc held the 12th Party Executive Committee Conference (Term XVIII). Comrade Ho Phuc Hop - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc chaired the conference.
Conference to listen to the report on the results of implementing the project to reorganize grassroots party organizations according to Decision No. 2391-QD/TU dated May 30, 2012 of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on promulgating the Project "Reorganizing grassroots party organizations" and Instruction No. 15-HD/BTCTU dated June 18, 2012 of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee on "Implementing the project to reorganize grassroots party organizations" of the Party Committee (after transferring, merging, and reorganizing grassroots party organizations, the entire Party Committee currently has 59 grassroots party organizations (43 grassroots party committees, 16 grassroots party cells) with 3,966 party members); listen to the report on the Conference Organization Plan and the draft Report on the 2-year summary of the implementation of Directive 03-CT/TU on continuing to promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example, and commending typical and advanced collectives and individuals studying and following Uncle Ho, which will be held in early May.
Concluding the conference, comrade Ho Phuc Hop accepted the opinions participating in the draft Report to be presented at the conference, and at the same time directed the key tasks in the coming time, focusing on thoroughly grasping the topic of Studying and following Uncle Ho's moral example on democratic style, setting an example, implementing regulation 101-QD/TW on the responsibility of setting an example, especially for leaders and key cadres; summarizing 2 years of implementing Directive 03-CT/TW,... summarizing 1 year of implementing Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th Term); directing grassroots party organizations after merger and transfer to promptly review, supplement, and amend the Regulations on the operation of the Party Committee, the Regulations on the operation of the Inspection Committee, the work program, the inspection and supervision program of the Party Committee, of the Inspection Committee in accordance with the characteristics and situation, implementing and achieving the results of the program and work plan for 2013; Mid-term review of the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2010-2015 term according to the policy of the Provincial Party Committee.
