National online reporter conference

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of July 16 in Hanoi, the Central Propaganda Department held the opening ceremony of the July 2014 online reporter conference, chaired by comrade Bui The Duc - Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department.

Attending the conference at Nghe An bridge were comrade Le Ba Hung - Provincial Party Committee member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; leaders, experts, reporters of the Provincial Party Committee, District Party Committee, affiliated Party Committee, directors of political training centers of districts, towns and cities in the province, the Fatherland Front and provincial-level organizations.

Opening the conference, comrade Tran Duy Hai - Deputy Head of the National Committee on Border Affairs (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) informed about the recent situation in the East Sea; Vietnam's struggle in the diplomatic field and on the field to protect sovereignty over seas and islands; forecast the situation and orientation of propaganda work on seas and islands in the coming time.

Next, the leaders of the Vietnam Historical Science Association informed about historical and legal evidence affirming Vietnam's sovereignty over Hoang Sa and Truong Sa. The leaders of the Central Institute for Economic Management Research announced the results of socio-economic development in the first 6 months of 2014; solutions to restructure Vietnam's economy in the new situation.

The Central Propaganda Department also orients the content, purpose, and tasks of propaganda work in the coming time in the fields of economy, culture - society, security - defense, and sea and islands.
