Provincial cadre conference to disseminate and implement Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (Session XI)

(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, April 4, at the Provincial Labor Culture House, the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee held a conference to disseminate and organize the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th term) "Some urgent issues on party building today" for key cadres in the whole province.

Attending to direct and disseminate the Resolution were comrades: Nguyen The Ky, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department; Phan Dinh Trac, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ho Duc Phoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, comrade Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee opened the conference, clearly stating the purpose, requirements and importance of the conference to thoroughly grasp the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (11th Term), on that basis creating correct awareness, high determination, effectively implementing the contents set out in the resolution, contributing to building our Party to be increasingly clean and strong, worthy of the people's trust.

Comrade Phan Dinh Trac disseminated the content of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee at the Conference.





Comrades Nguyen The Ky and Phan Dinh Trac talked with delegates on the sidelines of the Conference.

The conference took place over two days, focusing on studying and discussing the following contents: Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee "Some urgent issues on Party building", Resolution on "Building a synchronous infrastructure to basically turn our country into a modern industrial country by 2020"; Directive 15, Plan 08 of the Politburo and Report on the draft Plan of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to implement Resolution No. 04 (term XI); Guidance on propaganda work, studying and thoroughly understanding the resolution in the whole province; self-criticism and criticism of collectives and individuals of the Central Committee and the province; inspection and supervision of the organization of studying, thoroughly understanding, propagating, disseminating and organizing the implementation of Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee at all levels.

After the opening speech of comrade Tran Hong Chau, the conference directly watched the important speech of General Secretary of the Party Central Committee Nguyen Phu Trong, listened to comrade Phan Dinh Trac - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee thoroughly grasp the content of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee, in order to help the cadres better understand the urgent requirements, content, scope, motto, new measures that need to be focused on to effectively implement Resolution 4 of the Central Committee. Thereby, creating high unity in perception and action, great determination, and drastic implementation to create a new change in Party building work in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee.
