Conference to disseminate Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (Session XI) to retired leaders

(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, April 11, in Vinh City, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee held a conference to disseminate and disseminate Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (11th tenure): "Some urgent issues on Party building at present" to nearly 200 comrades who were former secretaries and deputy secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee; members of the Provincial Party Committee; chairmen and vice chairmen of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee; directors and heads of provincial departments, branches and sectors; and retired generals in the armed forces in the area. Comrade Phan Dinh Trac - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee directly disseminated the Resolution.

The delegates listened to the Provincial Party Secretary Phan Dinh Trac present the contents of the Resolution of the 4th Conference of the 11th Party Central Committee. He clearly stated the shortcomings and weaknesses mentioned in Resolution 4 of the Central Committee; the purpose, significance, importance, motto; solutions and new issues in implementing the Resolution. The Secretary emphasized: Resolution 4 of the Central Committee has a special significance, choosing the right issue, correctly assessing the current situation, correctly identifying solutions, correctly assessing requirements, meeting the expectations and receiving the support of cadres, party members and people.

However, there are still many concerns about putting the resolution into practice, so it is necessary to thoroughly grasp and fully understand the content, guiding ideology, basic content and urgent issues, create high unity within the Party, consensus of the whole society, from there have a program, have high determination to effectively put the resolution into practice, meet the aspirations of the Party and all classes of people. After watching the opening and closing VCD of the National Conference to disseminate the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee presented by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, the delegates attending the conference were informed of the action program, the plan to organize the dissemination of the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Party building committees.

The Provincial Party Secretary hopes that after this conference, retired cadres will continue to contribute many ideas and good initiatives to the Party Committee so that the work of building and rectifying the Party in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee in the province can be successfully implemented.
