On July 29, in Binh Dinh, within the framework of the 9th Meeting Vietnam scientific program, an international conference took place on two topics: Cosmology in the Planck era, General Relativity and Gravity.

At the Conference, scientists from many countries around the world focused on discussing many issues in the field of Planck-era (early) astronomy. Notably, one issue brought up for discussion was whether there is the existence of “negative” (dark) matter particles or not.

Physics professor Tran Thanh Van said: Physicists around the world today want to find out that in each particle of matter there is both negative and positive electricity. So when looking at the existing particles of matter that have been found to be positive, is there any type of “negative” matter? At the same time, many studies also want to help people decode other types of matter in the “darkness”, the “dark weight” of planets in the universe; the change of matter from the beginning until now…

In addition, scientists have also discussed the theory of the Big Bang that occurred about 15 billion years ago, creating the universe. International physicists follow this theory to explain the formation of the universe and the earth. The evidence is that the thermal radiation caused by the Big Bang still exists today at about 2.7 degrees K, isotropic but has fluctuations.

In addition, many issues about Albert Einstein's general theory of relativity and gravity were also discussed at the conference. Scientists divided the conference into many research groups to study in depth quantum theory, general relativity, gravitational fields, etc.

This 9th Vietnam Meeting program lasts from July 29 to August 14 with many scientific activities, with the participation of 5 Nobel Prize-winning scientists.

During these activities, the Rencontres du Vietnam will inaugurate the International Center for Interdisciplinary Science and Education in Quy Nhon City. This is the first international center in Southeast Asia that operates under the model of resort, research, scientific conferences, etc. Every year, scientists from all over the world will come here to research and discuss scientific issues; Vietnamese scientists will also have the opportunity to meet, learn, and discuss many fields, especially basic science fields that are currently weak.

The Vietnam Rencontres was founded by Vietnamese-French physics professor Tran Thanh Van in 1993. In addition to activities aimed at improving Vietnam's basic science level, Professor Tran Thanh Van also helped Vietnam's education system apply the 'hand kneading dough' method in training and educating children, which has been applied quite widely./.
