According to information posted by the Indian Prime Minister on his personal Twitter page, the two sides discussed India-China relations and prospects for improving bilateral relations.
The Indian Prime Minister also thanked the Chinese leadership for supporting India's entry into the SCO.
This meeting is considered by the Indian press and experts as one of the most anticipated events at this conference, apart from the official accession ceremony of India and Pakistan.
Especially after India did not attend the “Belt and Road” Forum organized by China in Beijing last May.
Deli explained his non-attendance as being due to concerns about many aspects of China's initiative.
