The 2014-2015 school year is the final year to implement the targets of the 17th Nghe An Provincial Party Congress. In the coming time, he hopes that the education sector needs to have a specific roadmap for each stage, must conduct training and rotation of surplus teachers, strengthen management work, and must know how to forecast the situation to have appropriate consulting plans. Strengthen socialization work, fully and promptly implement it for students who are ethnic minorities, teachers working in difficult areas, and support insurance for preschool teachers.
