In the morning, the delegates attending the conference listened to the report summarizing the judicial work in 2014 and the main directions, tasks and solutions for the work in 2015; as well as thematic reports on "implementing the Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement", "implementing the Law on Civil Status", "the situation of drafting and promulgating documents detailing the implementation of laws and ordinances", "the situation of implementing the Law on handling administrative violations". The online conference also spent a lot of time discussing the main causes of the existing problems and limitations and discussing solutions to overcome them.

Comrade Nguyen Sinh Hung stated: 2015 is a year of special significance in implementing the country's socio-economic development targets and tasks for the 2011-2016 period, and is also the year of holding Party Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 12th National Party Congress. The role and tasks of the judiciary in 2015 are very important. Comrade Nguyen Sinh Hung requested: The judiciary needs to continue to synchronously and effectively implement the Government's Plan on implementing the Constitution, including promoting the dissemination and popularization of the Constitution; continuing to review the legal system to promptly propose amendments, supplements, repeals or new promulgations in accordance with the Constitution; Focus on developing and completing draft laws and ordinances to implement the Constitution as identified in the 2015 Law and Ordinance Development Program, especially the draft Law on Government Organization (amended), Law on Organization of Local Government, Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents, and Penal Code (amended), ensuring quality and progress; well organize the collection of public opinions on the draft Civil Code (amended).
