This morning, April 8, the Organizing Committee for collecting public opinions on the draft of the 1992 Constitution of the province held a conference to deploy the plan to collect public opinions on the draft for districts, cities and towns in the province. (Baonghean.vn) -This morning, April 8, the Organizing Committee for collecting public opinions on the draft of the 1992 Constitution of the province held a conference to deploy the plan to collect public opinions on the draft for districts, cities and towns in the province. Comrade Dinh Thi Le Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for collecting public opinions on the draft of the amendment to the provincial Constitution chaired.

The organization of collecting public opinions on the Draft Amendment to the 1992 Constitution this time is carried out to each household in the province through a form requesting opinions. The organization of collecting opinions must be conducted widely, ensuring democracy, publicity, quality, practicality and economy, the time for collecting opinions is from April 20 to 30. Districts, cities and towns collect, synthesize timely, fully, honestly and objectively the opinions of households, including opinions in favor, opinions against, and other opinions according to Instruction No. 239/HD-UBDTSHP, dated February 23, 2013 of the Committee for Draft Amendment to the Constitution.

After listening to the delegates' opinions, Comrade Dinh Thi Le Thanh requested localities to focus on directing the implementation, considering this an important task not only for the People's Council but also for Party committees and political systems at all levels to participate. She also agreed that to ensure the implementation progress, the province will proactively print documents and send them to the districts as soon as possible; if any locality is able to print documents quickly and effectively, it will take the initiative. The Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council will be assigned to carry out printing procedures for districts in need, with priority given to mountainous districts and disadvantaged areas, and by April 15, documents must be delivered to the district.

The results of the consultation of households require districts to fully synthesize and send to the province no later than May 5. The Department of Finance is assigned to coordinate with the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council to advise the Provincial People's Committee to allocate funding sources to localities, prioritizing districts in remote areas and difficult areas. The process of implementing the consultation needs to be urged, inspected, and promptly resolved difficulties and problems arising during the consultation process.
