Legal propaganda conference in Quy Chau district
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 27, the provincial Department of Justice coordinated with the Justice Department of Quy Chau district to organize a 2015 conference on legal dissemination for grassroots mediators at the district People's Committee Hall.

The participants included 200 trainees who were judicial and civil status officers from 12 communes and towns in the district and mediators from mediation teams in two units, Tan Lac town and Chau Hanh commune. During the 1-day period, trainees were trained in some mediation skills at the grassroots level, the steps to conduct mediation and instructions on how to record minutes when organizing a mediation session; disseminated some contents of relevant legal documents such as: the 2013 Constitution, the 2014 Law on Marriage and Family and the Law on grassroots mediation, and the Decrees guiding the implementation of these laws.
Through the training course, we aim to equip and provide new legal documents related to mediation work, so that mediators can apply them to mediation work at the grassroots level, while improving mediation skills for staff working in mediation at the grassroots level, ensuring effective mediation activities, actively contributing to maintaining political security and social order and safety in the locality.
