The Center for the care and nurturing of orphans and disabled children of Tan Huong parish, Bo Son parish, has over 30 children aged 1-12 years old, most of whom are children with congenital disabilities. Implementing the twinning program between the Provincial Military Command Women's Union and Nghi Van Commune Women's Union, the Provincial Military Command Women's Union organized nutritious meals for the children.

Each meal costs 15,000 VND. Twice a month, the Women's Union of the Provincial Military Command will organize nutritious meals for the children at the center. These are specific and practical actions that demonstrate the spirit of solidarity between the military and the people, aiming to share the difficulties in the children's lives, helping them overcome their inferiority complex to rise up.
