Women's Union of Nghe An Military Bloc visits and gives gifts to wounded soldiers

(Baonghean.vn) - On June 27, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2017), women's union members of the armed forces of Nghe An province (Police, Fire Police, Military Command, Provincial Border Guard Command) organized a visit, exchange, and give gifts to war invalids at the War Invalids Nursing Center of Nghe An province.

Nghe An Province's War Invalids Nursing Center has nearly 70 seriously wounded and sick soldiers being treated at the Center, including 3 generations who fought against the French and Americans, protected the country's borders and performed international duties. Over the years, the Center has always fulfilled its assigned tasks well; dedicatedly caring for, nursing, rehabilitating, and implementing policies for seriously wounded and sick soldiers.

The women's union members of the provincial armed forces deeply admired the noble sacrifices and expressed their deep gratitude for the great contributions of the wounded and sick soldiers to the cause of fighting for independence and national reunification; at the same time, thanked the medical staff of the centers for their efforts to overcome difficult conditions, promoting the qualities of a physician to provide dedicated and thoughtful care to the wounded and sick soldiers./.
