Up to now, in the fields of tourism services, seafood processing, small-scale industry, and agricultural production, there has been a large participation of women, many of whom have become typical examples with an income of over 100 million VND/year. This not only improves the lives of women but also reduces the rate of poor households from 7% in 2011 to 4.5%.

Along with the economic development competition, Cua Lo women also actively participate in the movement "Women actively study, work creatively, build happy families", the movement of skillful mass mobilization, the movement to build "5 no 3 clean" families, the movement "Building a warm home of love". In addition to evaluating the results achieved in the past time, the Conference also discussed and approved plans and solutions for implementation in the period 2015 - 2020, and organized the signing of emulation agreements between units. On this occasion, Cua Lo Town commended 8 collectives and 19 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement in the period 2010 - 2015.
