The semi-finals witnessed two intense and dramatic matches. Quang Binh branch won 2-0 against Khanh Hoa branch, while Ha Tinh branch defeated Vinh City branch with a score of 1-0. This result brought Quang Binh branch and Ha Tinh branch to the final match.
The final match took place with seemingly breathless moments. After 90 minutes of official play, the two teams tied 2-2, forcing them to enter a penalty shootout to determine the champion. Finally, Quang Binh branch won 4-3 after a nerve-wracking penalty shootout, becoming the champion of the tournament. Ha Tinh branch won second place, Khanh Hoa branch and Vinh City branch both finished third overall.
