Scientific workshop to improve the quality of teacher training

(Baonghean.vn) - As part of the series of activities celebrating the 55th anniversary of the school, on the morning of December 18, the College of Education organized a scientific workshop on Improving the quality of training of secondary, primary and preschool teachers in accordance with the requirements of current educational innovation. The principals of the Central College of Education, Ha Tay College of Education, Thua Thien Hue and many lecturers and teachers from universities, colleges and primary and secondary schools in the province attended.

Overview of the workshop

With nearly 80 presentations, focusing on the following issues: Proactively innovating to improve the quality of training in teacher training institutions, improving the quality of pedagogical training and soft skills for students, improving the effectiveness of coordination between training institutions and current teacher-using institutions, the conference comprehensively assessed the current teacher training at the college level. On that basis, urgent issues were raised to improve the quality of training for secondary, primary and preschool teachers in accordance with the requirements of educational innovation.

This is also an activity to implement Resolution 29 (term XI) of the Party Central Committee on fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training. Thereby, it contributes to clarifying the theoretical foundations and supplementing practical information for training institutions to successfully implement the strategy of developing teaching staff and management staff to serve the cause of fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training.
