Speaking at the opening of the workshop, Comrade To Huy Rua - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee emphasized: The summary of 30 years of innovation in Party building is extremely important, contributing to a general assessment of difficulties, finding appropriate and practical solutions to prepare for the documents of the 12th National Party Congress. In the past time, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has closely followed the Central's guiding documents, implementing the work to prepare for the summary. He suggested that at this workshop, Nghe An province should frankly state the shortcomings, weaknesses, and solutions to overcome them in the coming time to contribute to the Central's summary report and prepare for the documents of the 18th Nghe An Provincial Party Congress.
