Workshop "Improving the performance of local Journalists Associations in the new situation".

(Baonghean) -In order to continuously improve the quality of activities of local Journalists Association organizations in the new situation, from July 16 to 17, 2011, in Dong Ha City - Quang Tri Province, the Emulation Cluster of Journalists Associations of the North Central provinces organized a thematic workshop and summarized the emulation activities in the first 6 months of 2011 and deployed key tasks of emulation work in the last 6 months of 2011.

The 7 papers presented at the Workshop have valuable practical summary and new proposals, valuable experiences to improve the overall quality of the Association's work, improve the quality of press agencies, and meet new requirements.

On this occasion, the Emulation Cluster of the North Central Journalists Association also summarized the emulation movement in the first 6 months of 2011 and proposed 8 key tasks from now until the end of 2011. In July - "the month of gratitude", the Conference also spent time offering flowers and incense to pay respect to the souls of martyrs at the Road 9 Martyrs' Cemetery, Truong Son Martyrs' Cemetery, visiting the Headquarters of the Government of the Republic of South Vietnam in Cam Lo district, working with the leaders of Cam Lo district, Quang Tri province, giving gifts to 10 families with meritorious services to the revolution in Cam Lo and Hai Lang districts, Quang Tri province, each gift worth 500,000 VND.
