Currently, insurance fraud often occurs in 3 forms of customers and insurance agents: hospital and surgery support benefits; death benefits; disability and accident benefits. It is estimated that every year, about 9,000 cases of insurance fraud are discovered, causing losses of hundreds of billions of VND for insurance companies, affecting people's insurance benefits, and reducing customers' trust in the quality of service of the company...
