Recruitment and job opportunity consulting workshop for students
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of September 12, Vinh University coordinated with Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Joint Venture Company and Manpower Company Limited to organize the program "Consulting on recruitment and job opportunities for students". Nearly 500 students from the faculties of Construction, Electronics - Telecommunications, Information Technology, Chemistry, Biology... participated in the workshop.

In recent years, in parallel with training, Vinh University has focused on promoting consulting activities, supporting employment and career orientation for students, equipping students with information and career skills, thereby improving the effectiveness of the school's training work. At the workshop, students were introduced by experts about the Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Plant project - job opportunities for students after graduation in each position, jobs that need to be recruited not only this year but also in the following years. In addition, experts also answered many issues raised by students related to the mechanism, policies and procedures, methods of selecting personnel for the project; how to submit applications, receive applications, experiences to have the opportunity to find a job and many other issues related to recruitment.

It can be said that through the workshop, students have gained a lot of knowledge and experience in finding and having job opportunities after graduation in general and the opportunity to work at Nghi Son Refinery in particular. This is a useful workshop for students in updating and accessing information and job opportunities. In addition, it helps equip students with professional skills, interviewing, applying and negotiating skills to have the best access to the world of work after graduation. Thereby helping students to be proactive, confident and dynamic in approaching the world of work before starting a career.
