Workshop "Why transparent businesses are more successful"

(Baonghean.vn)-On August 18, in Vinh City, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Nghe An Branch, in collaboration with the Corporate Social Responsibility Project (UNIDO), organized a workshop with the theme "Why transparent businesses are more successful" for businesses in the province.

At this workshop, businesses were trained on the following contents: Action program to promote Integrity in business; Compliance with transparency and integrity; How to become a trustworthy business?; Implementation of compliance program; Implementation of integrity program presented by two speakers: Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh, Deputy Secretary General, Member of the Standing Committee of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Mr. Florian Beranek, Senior Expert on Social Responsibility, United Nations Industrial Development Organization.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh, Deputy Secretary General, Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry presented at the workshop.

Through the workshop, businesses are aware that "Integrity does not need any regulations" but an organization still needs a framework for operation. The more common values, common language, common culture and common feeling an organization has with its stakeholders, the higher the individual contributions to the organization and the higher the organizational achievements... From here, it helps businesses improve their competitiveness and develop more sustainable business; Businesses know how to apply creative business so that everyone benefits, creating benefits for everyone participating in the value chain.
