Attending the workshop, on the Central side were comrade Nguyen Phu Duc - Chairman of Vietnam Tourism Association, representative of General Department of Tourism, experts in organizing tourism development at home and abroad; on the Nghe An side, there was comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Head of the Steering Committee for Tourism Development of Nghe An; representatives of provincial departments, branches, districts, cities and towns with potential for tourism development.

The workshop listened to 20 enthusiastic presentations from experts in the tourism field, focusing on key issues such as: Shaping Nghe An tourism products and Nghe An tourism businesses with distinctive features to serve as a basis for brand building; Issues in the roadmap and solutions in building tourism brands; Sharing experiences in building and developing tourism brands and souvenir products with Nghe An's cultural characteristics; Strengthening connections to build tourism brands; Solutions for organizing festivals and tourism events in Nghe An and applying high technology to develop tourism brands; Environmental protection issues in sustainable tourism and a number of other issues related to building Nghe An tourism brands and creating souvenirs with Nghe An's cultural characteristics.

To build a strong brand for Nghe An tourism, scientists and tourism development managers also proposed solutions such as: Strengthening tourism promotion to expand the tourist market. In the immediate future, it is necessary to develop a logo, slogan and unique souvenir products.
