(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 22, the Party Committee of Division 324 held the opening ceremony of the 2015 competition for excellent Party cell secretaries.

This year's contest had 20 comrades who were typical Party cell secretaries selected from agencies and units in the entire Party Committee of the Division. Participating in the contest, the contestants had to go through 3 rounds: drafting the Party cell's leadership resolution; practicing maintaining a Party cell meeting and awareness contest.

Through the competition, the aim is to foster and improve the knowledge, leadership capacity, and practical experience of the team of Party cell secretaries, and at the same time evaluate the quality of the team of Party cell secretaries in agencies and units throughout the Division. Thereby, creating conditions for Party cell secretaries, Party cell committee members and grassroots Party committee members to exchange and learn from each other's experiences, contributing to improving the quality of Party cell and Party cell activities, improving the leadership capacity, fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations, and skills in handling practical situations to promote the emulation movement to study and follow the moral example of Ho Chi Minh, contributing to the good implementation of assigned tasks./.
